My name is Emily and I am the owner and instructor at FIT4MOM Palm Beach. I have 3 wonderful children. My husband finished active duty military service in 2018 and switched to the Army Reserves. After the birth of my first child, he deployed. I found myself isolated and alone. After the birth of my second child, he deployed again. This time I moved to my hometown and found Stroller Strides! Having a group of mothers in the same chapter of life made all the difference. I got a great workout and even more important, made great friends. When we decided to move, I knew I had to bring FIT4MOM to northern Palm Beach County. I love this program and know you will too!

Owner and Certified Prenatal and Postnatal FIT4MOM, Adult and Pediatric CPR and first aid certified. Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.
